Why I created this
For years, mentors told me to “be more me” in my business.
But I came from a science-based background.
I was trained as a geologist, and I built my business the way many smart women do: through strategy, effort, and doing what made sense.
And it worked — until it stopped working the way I wanted it to.
What I began to notice was that other areas of my life were expanding — my marriage, my health, my relationship with my body, my relationship with my children — while my business growth had become more linear.
Not because I wasn’t capable.

But because I had learned how to live from authorship in my life… and I still wasn’t leading my business from that place.
In business, I was still acting as though results were created only through input, performance, and mechanics.
